We work extensively in both state and public schools, often directly through their estates office, their appointed builder, architect or health & safety advisor. Out of hours working, isolation of our working area and care taken during erection and dismantle are essential. Our employees are DBS checked for the protection of our clients and their pupils.

Hospital work brings its own challenges. We offer a range of innovative access solutions that take into consideration the delicate nature of the patients and environment.

Conservation

Our operatives are experienced in working on listed property and on general conservation projects. We have scaffolders who will work with extreme care, even in challenging situations, to ensure your and your client’s satisfaction.

The fast food and retail industries can only afford to shut down for the shortest time during refurbishment. We can match those tight schedules and work safely and efficiently to provide a successful outcome for you and your client.

Refurbishment

We have undertaken many projects working closely with the main contractor, architect or structural engineer to provide access and support solutions for buildings under refurbishment. Our staff are trained to work carefully and sympathetically on historic and listed property.

Emergency Response

With true 24 hour telephone access to our staff we can and do provide emergency response for access and support. We have even been called out on Christmas day when we prevented the front of a terraced property in Northampton collapsing into the street. There when you need us! Just part of the service.

Structural Support

When the worst happens count on us for support. We work with insurance companies, structural engineers and property owners to prevent matters getting worse. Holding roofs up, preventing walls from collapsing and supporting structures during refurbishment – all part of our work.
